Koosh Creative Friends Dolls

This complete creative set encourages your daughter to make 25 different dolls to wear or collect. Everything needed is included to make 10 large dolls and 15 small ones. The small ones can be used as a pin or in a beret. There are 16 bundles of thread, 3 different skin tones, hair colors, and different types of clothing. Included are some gift cards. The instruction booklet reminds me of the dolls I made when I was a child with clothespins. But this is much improved. Some basic steps show your child exactly how to make each doll. If your child follows the instructions carefully she will end up with a very nice product and practice manual dexterity. A fun project to make at the same time for having creative fun together.

Mad Libs Deluxe 40th Anniversary Edition

This delightful product can be taken along for travel. The game is very simple to play alone or with a group of people. A player asks others to give an assortment of words. The words fill in the stories that contain blank spaces. When all the spaces are filled in the result is a funny story since the words do not match the content of the rest of the story. The results are Mad Libs as the story is read aloud with new words inserted. The process helps children understand adjectives adverbs, nouns, and verbs. The authors of this series were the original for the "Honeymooners" and later formed Price Stern Sloan.
