Colorforms is one of the oldest and most respected names in the US toy industry. It began in 1951 when Harry and Patricia Kislevtitz, two art students, were experimenting with a new medium, a flexible vinyl material. They cut shapes out of the material and placed on the walls. The rest is history. Over time, Colorforms sets have become a vibrant and creative line for young children that includes many imaginative play sets, play boards, games, puzzles and creative art activities.
