I am trying to do an internet search to find more toys like this, but I can't figure out what words to use for the search. Thank you.

The bed is riveted to the one piece curved bottom which acts as a base for the handle and the rolling wood wheels. This piece is not Ohio Art, the tin is a heavier gauge, the overall workmanship appears to be early Twentieth Century. No marks of any kind. I have searched for a similar piece for several months to no avail. Any ideas?

BOARD GAME - HEY TAXI! - 1970'S

CLASSIC WORM TOY FOR BABIES
Hi, When my daughter was born in 1986 we bought her a really cute worm toy that I'd like to find again. I think it was made by Fisher Price, and I thought it was called "Wiggle Worm" but I can't be sure about either. It was about 8-10 inches long, each body segment(4 or 5) was a different color and the head squeaked when you squeezed it. It was made of soft fabric and was a very simple design. It was similar to, and probably the inspiration for the beanie baby "inch the worm" and a current toy by Gund called "Tinkle, Crinkle, Rattle & Squeak ".

DOLL - REPAIR / APPRAISAL
My mother in law gave my daughter 3 24" dolls today - 2 are bride dolls with beautiful gowns and headpaces. The Betty the beautiful bride doll is dated "my first doll - 1956". She is damaged, her 'skin' split at the neck and something is wrong with her eyes. The other 2 dolls seem to be in good shape. We don't know wether to repair them or if they are valuable. 2 are in originalpackaging, although the boxes aren't in great shape. Is there somewhere reliable to have them valued or to have them repaired? Only one needs repaired I think. Thank you.
DOLL - SEKIGUCHI BICENTENNIAL 1976
Please help me. I got a doll in 1976. She was appx. 16" with black hair and big black eyes. You could put her thumb in her mouth. She looks to me like a sekiguchi doll. I saw a similar one on ebay and it was listed as sekiguchi love-love. She had a cloth body, and plastic face with lots of dark freckles. SHe wore a red, white and blue dress and bonnet with black vinyl lace up boots. She reminded me of the bicentennial dolls that came out in 1976. DOLL - TALKING - 1980'S
My daughters grew up in the 1980's, and used to laugh about a commercial which featured a talking baby doll that said (among other things), "Gongee Peebee Bombee" which meant "I love my mommy so much!" My youngest daughter adopted the phrase and it became a code for the 2 of us. I have fond memories of a little 4-year-old girl wrapping her arms around my waist, grinning up at me, and saying "Gongee Peebee Bombee!" We still sign birthday cards, notes, etc. with the phrase. Does anyone know the name of the doll and where I can purchase one?
DOLL - TODDLER-SIZED
In the early 1990's, my friend had a large doll (about the size of a young toddler). When you picked her up. she was very nice to hold- well weighted. She had a plastic or vinyl type head and a soft body, but all of it was very realistic looking. Hers had blonde hair and a stylish, detailed outfit. I remember seeing other dolls of this line at specialty gift shops and even at some higher end card stores, usually sitting around child-sized furniture. They were quite expensive, although attainable to a kid who saved her allowance long enough. There were boys and girls of all colours and complexions, but I think there were more girl dolls than boy dolls and more caucasian dolls than multicultural dolls. Do you know if these are still on the market? Do you know who made/ makes them, or any other information on them? Thanks so much!
DOLL - TRANSFORMING DOLL AND ATTACHMENT
Ok, I have tried everywhere, and I am looking for this toy and I have no clue what it is called. It was a plastic little girl that had a jewel on her tummy. She opened up and you could fold her head, arms and legs in and close her. She would probly fit in the palm of your hand. Next: She came with a bigger plastic toy that would be something like a brush (that she would snap onto when she was clammed up) that became a little jeep that she could ride in. Please tell me that you can help me!

FISHER PRICE - 8 PIECE INSTRUMENT
During the late 1980's-early 1990's I remember having an eight piece instrument set (I believe it was 8) in which each piece came from a different instrument. For example, there was the slide thing from the trombone, a mouthpiece, a kazoo, etc. You could put it together however you wanted. It came in a blue case and I believe the front of it said Fisher Price. I cannot for the life of me remember what it was called (if I ever knew) and I cannot find any trace of it online. I hope you can help. Thank you so much!
FLYING TOY - STYROFOAM - MID-1960'S
Hope you can help. I'm trying to find details on a toy I had in the mid 1960's. I very much would like to know the name/manufacturer, and hopefully with that information I can find a picture that I need of this toy for a scrap book. Any help would be very much appreciated.

GAME - MEMORY BOARD GAME
I used to play a memory game in the 1970's. It was round and there were numerous tabs to close the windows. Then you would spin a large round wheel or disc attached to the board game to change positions of the pictures. You would then open the "windows" one at a time and try to make matches. I do not know if it came out in the 1970's or before this, but I have never seen it again. I would really like to know the name of this game.

MATTEL - VINTAGE TOY
My sister had an old Mattel toy from 1969. It was a pink figure with a round head, whose hands came out of the top of its head! The figure could stand on its legs, or flip upside down and do a hand stand. It rode around in a blue and orange car with hot pink wheels. The car had a creature's face on the front. It's mouth was open, tongue sticking out, and it had a horn for a nose! I recently came across one, and it's on the desk in front of me. Both pieces read, "MATTEL INC., 1969, HONG KONG". Can anyone tell me the name of the series? I seem to remember it's something like, "Topsy Turvies", but to date I haven't found anything on them. Thanks a bunch! - Patrick

PENGUIN IN HELICOPTER - 1980's
Hi, I'm looking for a plastic toy I had as a child, probably from the late 1980's. I have only vague memories of it but I think it was a light blue, very chubby helicopter and inside it was a cute little penguin. The rotor blades were possibly yellow and the penguin, which was removable, might have been of a more rubbery kind. Thank you.
PINKY THE ELEPHANT
Looking for a toy I owned in the late 1960's. It was a plastic pink elephant with wheels that you could sit on and scoot along with. It had the dressing of an Indian elephant, I think the wheels where red - not sure.
Around the early 1970's I received a see-through hard plastic ball about the size of a volleyball or smaller. Inside the ball were about 8 or 9 small plastic cups whuch were numbered on the bottom of each cup. Inside the large see-through ball, the cups were attached to the inside so that the top of each cup faced in towards the center of the large see-through ball. Along with these cups was a black ball about the size of a marble. Cup number 1 had an opening cut into the side of it so you could start the game by just rolling the marble-sized ball into the first cup. The object was to then fling or jump the marble-sized ball from one cup to another in numerical order. Any idea what the name of this toy was and who manufactured it? Where might I get one today?

Somewhere between 1977 and 1979 I received a "purple baby bunny" for Easter. It had a plush body, but the hands and face were like a doll. You could stick the thumb into its mouth. It was probably about 6-8" and had a little tuft of brown hair sticking out the "hood" of its little bunny suit. It was like a baby in a bunny bunting. I am trying to find a replacement stuffed lamb for my 18 month old daughter. We received this pink lamb as a baby gift. The lamb is stuffed with beans I believe and has a ribbon around the neck. The tag on the lamb says it is by Mouse in the House however I have had no luck finding this company. We believe an aunt purchased this gift in Arizona in September 2003 and the store is no longer in business. Can you help?
PLUSH TOY - RABBIT
I am looking for what I think is a Hallmark stuffed rabbit. He was white with pink gingam lined ears, blue felt eyes, a pink nose and tongue, and a pink heart. I recieved for my third (?) birthday around 1972. "Bunny Bunny" has been with me ever since, until a house fire left nothing but his cute little rear end and tail. I am hoping to find another for a full body transplant for his butt.
PLUSH TOY - RACCOON - 1982 - MOVIE: THE TOY
I would really like to find a stuffed raccoon that I was given back in the 1980's. I saw the exact same raccoon in the credits/trailer of the movie "The Toy" w/ Richard Pryor. The current one is old and raggedy. He sits upright and it about 12-14"? tall and is a nice big huggable size for a child. I would like to track down another one. Could you find out who put that stuffed animal so I may start the search for a replacement. A part of me wants to say it was Russ, Dakin or Applause. Thank you so much for any info you can offer.
PLUSH TOY - TEDDY BEAR

PLUSH TOY - TIGER
I have a plush tiger that I got in 1976 that is named Benjy. I am unsure of the company that made this toy but I am trying to locate another one. He stands approximately 10" tall like a person not laying down like a tiger. He has black oval shaped eyes, a pink tounge, white chest & stomach, & is a cute looking tiger not a realistic looking tiger. I can send a picture of him if that would help.
PLUSH TOY - YELLOW ELEPHANT

POCKET SNAILS - LETTER ADVENTURE
I just had to say thank you for listing the Pocket Snails - Letter Adventure DVD on your site. My daughter, who will be two years old in a couple of weeks, simply adores it! It arrived in the mail only yesterday, and she has watched it countless times already. By the end of the day, she even started singing along to the Alphabet Song; something she has never done before. I guess her father and I are just missing that special "something" that Gordon, Dale, and Buttons seem to possess in spades! It's a joy watching her have so much fun learning. Thank you for the recommendation, and I look forward to trying other products on your list.
PUPPET - MEANIE MONKEY - 1985
I am looking for a monkey puppet that was available around 1985-1986 named Meanie Monkey. I was informed shortly after our purchase of it and subsequent theft that it had been discontinued. "Meanie" was a very basic hand puppet with two "arms", no mouth opening, and straight-line mouth. He was brown with a beige face. I'm not sure of the manufacturer - it might have been Dakin or Russ. Any information on this monkey is appreciated. A mom

RIDE-ON TOY - TODAY'S KIDS TALKING - RIDING HORSE
I am looking for a replacement black bungee spring for this horse. I cannot contact this company because I believe it no longer exists. Do you have any idea of how I can find this part?
Hi. I am looking for a toy I had when I was a kid, so that would be between 1988 and 1995. It was a metal robot, built from 2 small planes. The legs were a neongreen plane, and if you flipped over the top of it, it became a pair of legs. The top part was a purple plane. If you turned the excaustpipes of it, those became the arms, also the head was in here. Any idea what toy this is? I have no idea what company made these, or if this is a toy from a line. Please help.

TONKA JEEP - 1962
Hey Doc, I recently purchased two 1962 Tonka Jeep surreys, from two diffrent dealers on e Bay. Both were sold as being in original condition. Not restored or repainted. One of the jeeps is painted( pink )under the hood & the other one is not painted under the hood ( bare metal ). Also can you explain why there is a diffrence in the shape of the plastic around the holes that contain the canopy support rods. They are completely diffrent in design. The holes that I speak of are the holes the metal canopy support rods go into located in the under side of the canopy. Thank you. In peace, Joe

TOTS TOYS - BINGO THE BRONCO
My father has a wooden "walking" horse that he received in the mid 1940's when he was a little boy. The tag on it says, "Tots Toys" with a patent number, and the horse's name is: Bingo the Bronco. I wondered if the manufacturer of the toy is still in business? Also, do you have any recommendations to a reliable company that could restore Bingo? Thank you for your time. ĖSuzan
TRAIN - PEG BOARDS
In 1971 I was given a battery operated (I think) toy train set that had a board that was seperated into squares that had a smooth track carved into it. Placing the peices together would connect that track. The boards had peg holes all over it that something (houses) could be placed into. I remember that there were manually operated switching bars that would direct the train at certain junctions. That all I can remember.

I recently purchased a wind up toy at an auction. The toy was in its original box and it stated that it was a "moon stroller", the toy is in mint condition and the box is in good shape also, just a little old looking. I am curious to what the value of the toy might be, it looks to be from at the earliest late 1970ís, maybe early 1980ís. If you could find an estimated value of the toy, it would be muchly appreciated.
